Volunteering at the 2011 Boston Marathon

The 2011 Boston Marathon was a great success thanks in part to its volunteers, two of which were from our very own lab. Mikalai and Nicki both volunteered at the Information booth giving runners, their families and spectators general information about the day. They report that they had a great time being a part of the much anticipated yearly event. Mikalai even stated that he anticipates training this summer to qualify for next spring’s marathon. We wish him good luck with these endeavors!
